About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Spa Therapist to join our Mountain Spa team at Clear Mountain. This role suits a confident, skilled therapist who can deliver advanced treatments, mentor junior team members and contribute to an exceptional guest experience in a serene hinterland setting.
What You'll Do
- Deliver advanced facial, body and massage treatments to the Stephanies® signature standard
- Mentor and support junior therapists, sharing technique and product knowledge
- Conduct detailed skin consultations and create personalised treatment plans
- Maintain the highest standards of treatment room presentation and hygiene
- Contribute to team culture, training days and operational excellence
- Recommend and retail Skin Editions™ products with expert confidence
What You'll Bring
- Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of professional spa or beauty therapy experience
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead within a team
- Exceptional guest care skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours across a seven-day roster
- Current First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Nice to Have
- Diploma of Beauty Therapy or advanced skin qualifications
- Experience in a luxury, boutique or resort spa environment
- Previous mentoring or training responsibilities
