respond to issues and inquiries of all types.

in the ways specified when it was collected.

We do not knowingly collect personal information

learn that we have personal information

unless supervised by a parent or responsible
adult. Includes name, address, phone, school,

Shipping & Returns

Time Limit:
All returns must be made within 14 days.
We cannot accept returns on products after
14 days.
Defectives:
We accept returns on defective products.
You must indicate the nature of the defect.
We will replace defectives with the same
item or issue a refund if the same item
is not available. Shipping and handling
charges will only be refunded if a replacement
is not available.
Wrong Item Shipped:
We will accept an item for return if we
made an error and shipped the wrong product.
We will replace the wrong item with the
correct item or issue a refund if the correct
item is not available. Shipping and handling
charges will only be refunded if the correct
item is not available.
Other Items:
No other items can be accepted for return.
How to Return an Item:
You may return merchandise, subject
to our return policy, by using the following
procedure.
Check our return policy to determine
whether or not the item is returnable.
Make a copy of your invoice.
Fill out a return form. For defective
returns you must indicate the nature of
the defect.
Indicate the response you expect from
us; replacement, refund, credit to account
etc. on the return form.
Once return has been approved place a copy
of the return form, merchandise, including
original packaging and ALL contents, in
a sturdy, safe, secure container, in such
a way as to avoid damage to merchandise.
